Shipping/Local Pick Up Policy

We have a standard 3 to 5 days order processing time period prior to the shipment or pick up of all orders. This processing time frame is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Our standard shipping time frame is (2 day shipping) but we also offer overnight shipping (1 day shipping) at an additional cost these times frames are subject to change due to a variety of different factors. When placing your order please verify your shipping address to be correct we are not held responsible for any error made on your behalf and will not refund an item not received due to incorrect information provided.

𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐔𝐏 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐄𝐒

As for local pick up we do request all customers to show up with proof of purchase (receipt & identification card) to verify order. We also provide a 15 minute grace period from initial pick time before your pick is cancelled and rescheduled for a different date and/or time due to non arrival. VIP Pick Ups MUST be placed before 2pm for same day pick up, Availability of items must be confirmed BEFORE this selection to assure same day delivery. Weekends are not included for VIP Pick Up nor Standard local pick ups. All local pick ups orders are arranged Monday-Friday.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐃 𝐏𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐄𝐙𝐙𝐋𝐄 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐏𝐀𝐘 𝐄𝐓𝐂

All payments that are made through any of the above listed third party payment options take approximately 48 hours for the payment to clear from the time of purchase these orders are NOT processed for pick up and/or Shipping until the payment has been completely validated. Therefore the turnover period for the order to become prepared & available has a 48 hours delay due to the payment clearing verification process. This time period is non negotiable due to the security of the payment being fully verified & funded within the 48 hours verification process.

Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website and PayPal or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO AN ADDRESS THAT’S LISTED ON THE INVOICE. When placing your order please verify your shipping address to be correct we are not held responsible for any error made on your behalf and will not refund an item not received due to incorrect information provided. Any orders over $300 may require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported.
